Churchview Commons currently has available accessible units designed for individuals with visual, hearing, and physical impairments. Available units include three one-bedroom apartments for individuals with mobility impairments and one two-bedroom unit for individuals with hearing or vision impairments.


Lottery Update

The application and housing lottery process for Churchview Commons, located at 1049 Wegman Road in Gates, NY, has been completed. The community will include 21 affordable apartment homes with amenities such as on-site parking, green space, access to public transportation, on-site laundry, a community room, and EV charging stations.

Lottery result letters are being mailed to all applicants and will include each applicants waiting list position number. The apartments are currently under construction, and applicants will be contacted as homes become available.
